We want you to love your song. Because each order is custom-made, the following applies.
DIGITAL SONGS
• Before production starts: you may cancel for a full refund.
• During creation: each plan includes revisions (see the product) — tell us what to adjust and we'll rework it.
• After delivery: because the song is personalized and non-returnable, all sales are final once delivered, except where the delivered product is materially defective or not as described — in which case we will fix it or refund.
PHYSICAL KEEPSAKES (PRINTS)
Printed items are made to order. We replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect — contact us within [14] days of delivery with a photo. We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind on personalized prints.
HOW TO REQUEST
Email hello@melodystories.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
